1. Billing is month to month or upon completion of service

2. A credit card on file is required

3. Your account will be charged a $10 stop fee if we are not notified before your scheduled cleaning that your bin(s) will not be available for cleaning. Email and text reminders are sent the day before scheduled visits

4. We service curbside ONLY. If your bins on not at the street, they will not be cleaned and your account will be charged a $10 stop fee

5. Bins must be empty to be cleaned. Bins containing material cannot be cleaned and a $10 Stop Fee will be charged to your account

6. Some stains, paints and other adherents may not be able to be removed from your bins

7. Your bin(s) will be cleaned either the day of trash collection or the day after. Top Dog Bin Cleaning reserves a 24hr service window to allow for delays in trash collection

8. Monthly service requires three months consecutive service to qualify for our monthly rate. If service is cancelled before the three month period, your card will be charged the “One Time Cleaning” rate

9. Promotional offers and coupons may have a three month service requirement to participate. When customer chooses to participate, they are agreeing to these terms. Services cancelled before three month requirement will be billed the difference for a one time clean.

10. You have the right to cancel service at any time. There is no contractual obligation other than participation in special offers which may require a length of service.
